What more do you expect from an athletic coach? John has won games, but most importantly graduated 90% of his players. Many of his players are very successful leaders in the business world. John has given his players a foundation for success and a business acumen that you can not learn in the classroom. I'm upset because Coach would have adapted to "the athletic department’s strategic agenda for the future." As far as I know he was not given the option. The reason for not renewing his contract is not clearly stated in your message.
