Dear Dr. Iadarola,

You are doing a wonderful job of distinguishing Cabrini from all other $30,000 a year private colleges. With your inept and insensitive handling of John Dzik, you have successfully alienated hundreds or maybe even thousands of alumni, students, and other members of the Cabrini community. After 25 years of selfless commitment to Cabrini, John deserves a degree of respect that you have denied him.

With an angry alumni base, concerned current students and apparently a faculty that feels undervalued, are YOU really successful in YOUR current role? Maybe its YOU who should not returning? Maybe the Board needs to not renew YOUR contract?
