Dr. Iadarola,
I am not sure if you remember me, but we have met on a few
occasions over the past years at different Cabrini events. My name
is John McQueen, and I am a Cabrini alumna from the class of '85. I
wrote the attached letter regarding John Dzik a few weeks ago, and I
was hoping I would never have to send it, because once I did it
would signify the severance of my relationship with Cabrini College.
As my letter states, I am not sure why Coach Dzik is being treated
in such a disrespectful manner and why it has been decided Cabrini
is no longer the place for him, but I do know it is wrong and the
right thing to do is to reverse your decision immediately.
A big part of me was hoping this whole thing would have been
resolved by now, and that you and your executive staff would have
reconsidered your decision and offered Coach Dzik the full-time
position as Head Coach of the Cabrini College men's basketball team,
he deserves.
At this point Dr. Iadarola, this situation has become an
embarrassment to all parties involved. Please put a stop to it now,
and do the right thing!
Sincerely,
John McQueen
